Signs and Symptoms

Some men describe severe pain, which can be constant or intermittent. Some note increased pain after sexual activity, which can be severe and quite disabling. This is believed to be a result of the increased pressure which builds up inside the vas, epididymis and testicle. This can be a problem on just one or both sides.
